"Great place to work "
Former EmployeeMedical Assistant
I love working for a non profit and all the benefits are very worth it! Sometimes pay scale was not always fair and lots of staff are overturned on a normal basis but other than that it’s great

"Reputation "

Njh does great research, wish they recognized stellar employees.... Need better executive leadership to train and lead directors. Directors are incompetent.

"Don't work here if you need a living wage"
Current EmployeeResearcher
Horrific pay with minimal increases (if there's one at all- you need Dept approval for anything 4%+, which rarely happens and they lie about cost of living increases every 2 yrs). Incompetence throughout all levels of management and HR. C-suite is the most obstructionist group unless it favors their bonuses and pet projects (ie - not research). CEO has been here too long and needs to move on. No growth opportunities or advancement unless you fight for it - then face backlash by HR.

"Don’t work here"

Management is horrible, especially the CEO. Paid over $1million/year and pays the rest of the staff nothing. Management is patronizing, duplicitous, and greedy. Look elsewhere for your career.
