Welcome to the Devine Allstate Insurance Agency. We have been serving our communities for nearly 15 years and have since just opened up our 3rd location. We have expanded our reach to customers to include Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. We are actively looking to hire new candidates in both the service and sales arena. The service team, besides answering incoming calls, makes daily outbound calls to current policy holders at renewal, cancelation, and birthdays. Service team members will assist with the sales associates to ensure that all documents are turned in, as well as welcoming the customers to the agency. Additionally, time will me spent calling our current customers to offer them other competitive products like life insurance. As a sales associate you will be joining the number 1 Allstate sales producing agent in the territory with 3 locations selling a monthly premium of $350,000. Our associates work with referral partners driving a tremendous opportunity to drive revenue. We are looking for financially motivated individuals that have the ability to be flexible with time, and close a policy during the evening or weekend hours, as our referrals come into the office at all hours of the day and night. Being remote out of the office closing sales is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year

This was a very demanding position, you traveled 10 days at a time and had 4 days home. Within those 10 days your day will be busy so don't plan on having time to explore the area you're working. Due to the nature of this job you don't have an office or team you see regularly, you're rarely at home office and so networking and moving up is difficult.
