Upon getting hired as a Customer Service Representative, we will ask you to pick up your equipment from our Morgantown, WV office

What You'll be Doing

You take a problem and turn it into a solution. Delivering amazing experiences brings a smile to your face and you find it very rewarding. You'll use your "get it done", high-energy, professional approach to answer in-bound calls (and emails) from customers. You'll help people every single day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering questions.

  • Accept calls from customers

Poor communication from beginning to end of my time working with this company. I resigned the beginning of August. Sent an email to HR and my Supervisor and no one responded for about 3 weeks. Its more than a month later and I still didn't get my last paycheck. You call them and a voicemail picks up and your call is never returned and they don't respond to emails. I was working from home and supervisor never responds to you. Find another company, after training its sink or swim and very stressful. Training is garbage. I still haven't reached anyone to find out about my last pay or received a callback, its over a month now, HORRIBLE COMPANY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

No matter your background and experience, you just send in the application and they will hire you, no questions asked, really. There was no interview process, and I’m not complaining about that. It was okay overall I guess, it depends on how much micromanaging you can tolerate, they would come out with new regulations and rules over night, every night, it was hard to keep up to. The overall communication all around the company was great when it came to implementing new ways of controlling you while you were working from the “comfort” of your home; but when it was about anything else, like pay, benefits, working hours or anything that it actually concerned and was for the benefit of the employee then they all spoke different languages and would had you or your team lead bouncing around like a beach ball until finding someone who actually knew the answer to whatever you were inquiring about

No communication between upper management, you will suffer for it if your looking to provide for yourself and a family needing income!!! Nobody knows anything...why , what. or when. You will fall through the cracks and be forgotten. Huge chance it will happen as it did to me.

The training is way too short and the amount of stress you'd get is overwhelming. The team leads and trainers are friendly but once you're out of nesting you'll be swimming in shark-infested waters with one life float that may or may not be thrown out to you.
