Job description


The UKG Consultant will lead and support clients in the implementation and integration of UKG products with our clients and provide product expertise as a functional and technical consultant. You will be responsible for the business process requirements gathering (discovery), working closely with UKG and client teams, designing system workflows, and configuring UKG products and interfaces using functional configuration tools.


  • Direct and work with client stakeholders, vendors, and PMs who are part of the UKG portfolio of project you are assigned
  • Using the UKG implementation tools to facilitate discovery sessions with clients and consult on system configurations, scope and use creativity and commitment to resolve issues
  • In partnership with the assigned Project Manager, using the prescribed UKG implementation methodology to manage the project plan, issues list and other support documents throughout the project to meet success milestones and to manage the project scope to meet success criteria
  • Ensure client understanding of project requirements, scope, roles and responsibilities, work processes and success criteria
  • Conduct application orientation and support the prescribed UKG "train the trainer" trainings
  • Assist and provide accurate input into the process to accurately forecasting UKG go-live milestones
  • Develop system workflows, define requirements and facilitate tasks between stakeholders
  • Configure UKG products and interfaces using functional configuration tools and design system workflows
  • Prepare and maintain required project and meeting documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between client business stakeholders and client technical teams as well as with the PMs and UKG representing the client engagement work
  • Responsible for understanding Worldgate’s values and behaviors (The Worldgate Way)
  • Ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate’s values and behaviors.


  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent UKG or other ERP Training/Certifications
  • 3+ Years’ experience in a Kronos / ERP (HR and/or Time & Attendance modules) implementations as a functional or technical consultant
  • 3+ Years’ experience in IT development, business analysis, and project management


  • Project knowledge of integrating UKG / ERP systems, preferably Cloud Kronos / ERP systems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles when interacting with executives, IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders
  • Ability to design system workflows
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Organized with time management discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
