Company reviews
"Hit or miss culture"
Former EmployeeLoan Servicing Specialist
The pay is decent, you won’t get short changed in compensation but the work culture needs work. There is no team work here and the work environment can be toxic. You will see favoritism and lack of accountability here. Work load is not evenly distributed, most managers are overworked tremendously.

"Working from home, clients and employees very professional"
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
I was working remote, and it was contract based. I was satisfied with immediate manager, provided the bases of the work diligently and proficiently. After I only needed minimum supervision, communicated via email if I had an inquires. I was sad when I completed my task, the flexibility and dealing with clients something I really appreciate. Hardest part job was it contract and I would had Loved to continue working longer.

The main issue for me with Dominion is the delays in receiving pay for work done. Especially when projects are sparse. However, I enjoy being in control of my schedule.
