Integrated Resources Inc substantially underpays compared to other agencies (though technically they just take a gargantuan chunk out of your wages - I was costing the client over $30 per hour but taking home less than $20), with a policy that prohibits discussions of pay rates, presumably on the basis that they want to hide how badly their employees are being taken advantage of.
When you do inevitably learn how badly underpaid you are compared to your coworkers, their noncompete agreement tries to bar you from seeking other opportunities, including direct hiring through the client you are working for or any of its partners, for an entire year.
Though their clients are often great, I advise finding a different agency.
Good clients, fair degree of freedom in job performance
Terrible communication, thick accents, abhorrent policies, no possibility for advancement
