Company reviews
"Work environment not happy"
Former EmployeeSenior Claims Adjuster
Be ready to work like your in a sweat shop. Don't care about their employees at all. No advancement opportunities either. There is no assistance when you are a new hire.

"Very micromanaging. Unrealistic metrics "
Current EmployeeAdjuster
Would not recommend. Company needs to do better as a whole. Everyone is on Stress leave, fired, or seeking employment elsewhere. Very short staffed and turnover rate is very high.

"Customer service representative"
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
The training program was thorough and extremely informational and set new employees up for success. It covers everything you’ll need to know and more and each trainer was more than happy to help with all questions. Work life balance is very important to this company and the compensations and benefits were amazing.

"Long hours"
Former EmployeeInsurance Agent
You will not make any money if you’re not willing to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. It’s hard to qualify consumers and if you don’t make your quota you get zero commission.
