Inside Sales Consultants primarily hunt new business for PEO Spectrum through executing proven telemarketing campaigns. You will be provided training, quality leads, marketing support, and will be assigned a mentor to hone your skills and knowledge as your career develops.

Inside Sales Consultants become gradually more involved in the client process as their skills develop. You are expected to graduate to Senior Inside Sales Consultant within 12-18 months of start date. Eligibility for such promotion is based on clear measures of production. Senior Sales Consultants receive residual commissions and make $150k+.

Who We're Looking For:

Professionals who want to learn, work hard, and build a long-term career. Self-starters with personal discipline, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills. A solid team member who plays for the team, but still wants to be the MVP. Must have proven track record of successful inside sales/customer service.

Sales Consultant Compensation:

· Competitive Salary $50k - $70k + Commissions + Bonus

· Residual Commissions
