Intellezy is a company that takes care of its customers as well as their own employees. I truly feel supported in my role. I've been in the industry for over 20 years, and this is the first company that really has its employees' best interest at the forefront. Really a fantastic company!

"Company Culture is A+"
Current EmployeeContract Services
Intellezy has created a collaborative, energized company culture that goes above-and-beyond to empower all Associates. Coming from an entirely different industry, I was welcomed by enthusiastic teammates who consistently guided me, and set me up for success. After celebrating one year with Intellezy (this week!), I'm still as engaged and empowered as I was on day one. Additionally, Leadership's response to the COVID-19 pandemic has solidified a people-centric approach, putting employees first with ample opportunity to feel safe, supported, and valued.
