Job description
GoodRx is America’s healthcare marketplace. Each month, millions of people visit goodrx.com to find reliable health information and discounts for their healthcare — and we’ve helped people save $35 billion since 2011. We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company and industry. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of the best and brightest from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. GoodRx is committed to leveling the playing field, and we encourage women, people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ communities, and Veterans to apply for positions even if they don’t necessarily check every box outlined in the job description. Please still get in touch - we’d love to connect and see if you could be good for the role!

"Flexibility "

Enjoyable and feel like part of a team. Would recommend as a PRN or full time position for an RN. Manageable training and adequate support from leadership.

"A good company with an effective business model that's experienced worse than average growing pains."

I have been working for GoodRx as an engineer for about a year, and have mixed feelings about where the company has been, and am slightly optimistic about where it's headed. First, the past year has been characterized by extremely rapid growth of the company - it has more than doubled in size in this time. Throughout this, priorities were shifting constantly, it seemed like there were often no teams owning critical systems, and only a handful of old guard employees had a wholistic perspective on the company's various offerings. Lots of whiplash in engineering org direction led to high attrition and complete siloing of knowledge. The chaos affected people's day-to-day jobs more than it should have. Fast forward to the start of 2022, there are leadership changes (new CPO and a variety of other execs) and with that came more shakeups to priorities and attrition of some senior folks. But now it feels like there's a more comprehensive vision, better decisions are being made, and it seems like there's a brighter future ahead. This is a company with a sound business model providing a vital function to the healthcare industry, and if it works out its kinks might even be a great place to work again.

Worked here for awhile. Great culture and phenom benefits package. Was laid off due to downsizing and the corporate axe came down furiously fast. We went from respected colleagues to not being trusted to have 5 minutes to clear out our virtual desk (e.g. emails, etc).

"Valued, Respected, and amazing culture. "
