"Loved working at residential office."
Former EmployeeTherapist
Great staff, culture, and most managers. Excellent care of clients at the facility I worked. Can't speak to outpatient because I was never there, but heard good things. Women are preferred staff.

"Behavioral Health Care"
Former EmployeeStaff Member
As an individual that was employed at this agency, I have seen several HIPPA /code of ethics violations from the case managers, therapist, receptionist, and even the CEO. Majority of the employees are caring, compassionate and are wonderful employees; however, there are several who are vindictive (relatives to the CEO) to the other staff members (non-relatives). Management is very unprofessional, the violations were not handled correctly with this line of work. The individuals who violated HIPPA/code of ethics are licensed in the state of Ohio. I do not recommend this place to work or provide treatment.

Cons:

"Good place to work"
Former EmployeeCoach
Good management. Good work environment. Enjoyable work experience. Nice staff. Flexible schedule. Great way to get my foot in the door with their PRN job coach position.

"Rotten manager"
Former EmployeeRecovery Specialist
I loved my job at Cedar Ridge. I had to be hospitalized for 3 days and my boss advised me to bring a note from the doctor on my return which I did. Upon presenting this letter to her she told me that in my “ absence @ she’d had to hire someone else because “ she didn’t know how long I’d be gone, “ and “ I understood, right” Sge then told me she’d get me back on the schedule as soon as she could. I never received a call from her again. She blatantly lied to my face I’m not sure why. I reached out to her and asked her what I’d done to deserve such treatment. She felt no need to answer me. That was my experience with Cedar Ridge.
