This is a remote position with some travel, to ensure that standards of excellence and Customer Fulfillment are provided in every resident, vendor, and property team interaction.   • Building a team of highly capable and motivated Property Managers and creating a positive environment in which to work and provide great service.
  • Assist Deputy Managing Director (DMD) with special projects.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns, when necessary.
  • Owner Liaison – Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance.
  • Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs (for affordable properties).
  • Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected.
  • Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree or (4+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi-Family industry, fulfilling a Regional or Multi-site position.
  • 2+ years of Regional Apartment Manager (Market Rate or Conventional) experience.
  • Experience using Realpage/OneSite products and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel extensively to both local and nationwide locations as necessary.
  • CAM, CAPS and CPM (or willing to obtain) Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree or (5+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi-Family industry, fulfilling a Regional or Multi-site position.
  • 4+ years of Regional Apartment Manager (Market Rate or Conventional) experience.
  • Advanced experience using Realpage/OneSite products, MS Office and other Multi-Family software.

I come in on a typical day and walk the property to make sure the grounds look good, return any calls on the machine, and then I organize my work for any appointments or meetings I have for the day. The hardest part is making myself leave for the day when the resident is wanting to spend hours socializing, and the easiest part is being here doing what I love, helping people. For most part I treat this Property as if I was the owner, and it doesn't go unnoticed.
