We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our growing team! The job details include:
- SDR agents are often the first contact with our clients
- You will manage a group of 6-8 team leads and 40-50 pre-sales agents
- Monitor production for the team as a whole and each pre-sales group
- Review and score calls to maintain call quality
- Coach members of the team as needed on best practices
- Consistently achieve key performance metrics
- Ensure the team consistently maintains compliance standards
- Following our sales scripts and best practices
- Maintaining compliance standards
- Manage attendance and adherence to ensure we achieve production targets
- Oversee implementation and execution of company strategies and goals
- Provide feedback to improve the Pre-sales program in support of company goals and strategies

A qualified candidate must possess:
- Management experience in a high volume outbound call center
- Proven ability to consistently achieve key performance metrics
- Customer oriented attitude
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong sense of urgency with the passion to help seniors in protecting their health and finances

- Sales experience preferred
