Job description

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our growing team! The job details include:

  • SDR agents are often the first contact with our clients
  • You will manage a group of 6-8 team leads and 40-50 pre-sales agents
  • Monitor production for the team as a whole and each pre-sales group
  • Review and score calls to maintain call quality
  • Coach members of the team as needed on best practices
  • Consistently achieve key performance metrics
  • Ensure the team consistently maintains compliance standards
  • Following our sales scripts and best practices
  • Maintaining compliance standards
  • Manage attendance and adherence to ensure we achieve production targets
  • Oversee implementation and execution of company strategies and goals
  • Provide feedback to improve the Pre-sales program in support of company goals and strategies

A qualified candidate must possess:

  • Management experience in a high volume outbound call center
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve key performance metrics
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A strong sense of urgency with the passion to help seniors in protecting their health and finances

  • A career driven professional with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Medicare experience preferred*

Same old song and dance. This company could care less about you. You'll be just another warm body answering endless calls of invalid leads and bogus transfers via outsourced third parties. No accountability, very poorly managed and unrealistic expectations placed on licensed agents. Another call center job where it's an US vs THEM mentality. Pray you don't get sick with Covid, because they don't care or grant leave for it. Keep looking this is NOT the one...There has got to be better and a better way of helping people with their Medicare !

The tiering process is ridiculous. The leads are not equal. If you fall below there metrics for sales they will give you horrible leads. After that they want you to climb up otherwise will threat to let you go. There really is no opportunity to get out of the whole once you are in it.

I used to love working for this company! Since 1/1/22 they have completely changed upper management so many times, that I’ve lost count. Every time a new VP of Sales comes in they seem to feel the need to “make a name for themselves “. The agents are just numbers here. DON’T FALL FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!
