Screening Questions:
Mandatory:
Do you have at least 1 year of experience working in a Mortgage, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare Call Center?

Mandatory:
Are you able to work on-site in the Southside area from 8-5EST M-F or Remote 1-10pmEST M-F?

Are you able to pass a 7 year background screening if extended an offer?

CSI Companies has multiple immediate openings both on-site and remote for Customer Service Representatives in the Southside area of Jacksonville, FL. This is a position with a stable, growing mortgage servicing company and can provide room for growth into the industry. The ideal candidate will be a high energy individual with excellent, professional communication skills.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door into the mortgage industry with a great training program!

Starting Salary: $16.50/hr + bonus eligibility after the first 90 days and first pay increase at 6 months.

Position Type: In Office Permanent Position or Remote Permanent Position

Remote shift: 1pm-10pm Monday-Friday, plus one Saturday per month required

In-office shift: on-site in the Southside area of Jacksonville from 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday

Job Description:
Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls.
Address customer concerns within specific timeframes.
Delivering excellent satisfactory customer service skills to every customer contacted.
Providing answers to specific questions regarding customers loan information.
Adhering to schedules, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and providing verbal and written responses to customers as required.
Assisting team members with policies and procedures when requested.
