"A lot of work for very little return"
Former EmployeeSenior Patient Accounts Representative
I loved what I did in my position. The hourly rate isn't all that great but there is ability the earn bonus each month for exceeding assigned goal. Personally my monthly bonuses ranged between $100 to $300 each month. I was employed with them on 2 separate occasions. The second time around I was originally told they didn't want to rehire me although they hired groups of 15+ at a time. I was only rehired after going to the unemployment office for help with job placement. The clerk saw I worked there previously and he knew they were in the process of hiring at that moment. Given the opportunity I would go back to work for them even without opportunities to advance into supervisory roles. There's a HIGH turnover rate but if you are skilled at collections you will be a good fit.

Cons:

"No Opportunity to Grow"
Former EmployeePatient Services Representative
To keep it simple its not the greatest place to work. MOST of the people there are courteous not all. Management is lazy and always ready to shift blame down totem pole. Management is unfamiliar with system and/or operations of business.

"Too much work for little pay"
Former EmployeePatient Accounts Representative
I worked for this company in 2016-2017 since then they have increased the starting salary to $18 which is a lot better than $13. Management is not involved they are just worried about statistics. They expect back to back calls from 8am-5pm non stop. No matter how much you collect you only get bonus if the office as a whole hits goal. No room for growth within the company. Met a lot of nice people however that doesn’t pay the bills
