Company reviews
"Everyone is amazing here."
Current EmployeeFinance Assistant
The company is just positive all around. The owner seems to really just want everyone to be happy and balances this well with his business goals. The office is too quiet though. Some days you may not even speak to anyone face to face, all through messaging or emails. The employees are all very nice.

Cons:

"Stress stress stress"
Former EmployeeWarehouse Associate
This job is horrible when it comes to management. There is no communication whatsoever at this company. This place will give you a migraine and when you come home you will feel drained mentally. Everyday you walk in the door management is just waiting to fire you over nothing. They don’t respect the workers or the leads. Its all about numbers even though they claim its not, then make you work weekends to make weeks numbers.

"Loved working there"
Former EmployeeProduction Worker

TeeTurtle was originally a t-shirt company using IP of questionable legality--for more information, perform a basic LexisNexus or Google search. It has since become a merchandising/gaming company with correctly obtained licensing rights from several major studios. TeeTurtle has a loyal customer base, but has made a series of blundering management and personnel decisions over the last five years that led to a sub-par work environment and a questionable supply chain. I have been told that there was a major restructuring within upper management. Hopefully this has corrected some of the mistakes common to start-ups with inexperienced and untrained CEO's. I recommend their CEO based on the expectation that he can do better and has taken steps to improve his company and its management. This is a highly provisional recommendation, and comes with a heavy dose of optimism.
