"Unexperienced people running the show."
Former EmployeeCollection Representative
Unexperienced people running the show. When you can Google your manager and find out she was arrested for prostitution Yep pretty much tells you a lot about the job. It feels more like high school if you’re not in the in crowd then you have to go.

"Best job ever"
Former EmployeeCollection Agent
The title of this review says it all. Great staff, great company and great pay with benefits starting Day 1! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to work.

"Awful company"
Current EmployeeCustomer Support Representative
They fired me over the phone while I was home sick. Their management is a joke. Systems look like they were generated in 1803. ARCHAIC. Don’t work here. It’s not worth it. Unless you live next to their main office in Burlington, or you do something that is not call-center work, this place is terrible. They make it seem enticing by giving you a decent wage per hour, but it is a terrible work environment and I can promise you that nobody cares about you. If you come to anybody with questions, they don’t care. I just had a baby and had to miss a day, and then I got sick, so they decided to just drop me because I was useless to them.

"Fast paced"
Current EmployeeTimePayment Employee
TimePayment is growing. The turn over in customer support and collections is high. The system is old and can take a while to learn, but it works. Some departments are being overworked, with minimal compensation. The company is going through a lot of positive changes right now, holding out to see what these changes may bring.
