"Inclusive, Driven, Changing the Landscape of Higher Ed"

We work hard at Unity but its worth it. Our students deserve it and seem happy. Our numbers grow every term and we just need folks to stop listening to silly rumors and hop on board. This is a good place to work.

"Fun to work there"
Former EmployeeCrew Member
I was only on the barn crew so I didn't know much about pto or sick days as I was a student at the time, but I know the upper management like the dean and them weren't very good managers because they laid off over 40% of their staff when covid hit and they seemed very money driven.

"A for-profit college masquerading as a non-profit "
Former EmployeeConcierge
The higher level management has not concept of the day to day tasks of other employees. Very slow hiring process also does not help to reduce the stress or burden on current employees seeking help. There are very very few options for advancement and Unity chooses to higher from outside rather than train from within. Their management during this pandemic has been nothing more than abysmal. Folks have been working remotely for almost a year but are still not met with trust or respect and have to just wait until a week before the remote work deadline passes to see if their management cares about the risk of going into an office. Try not keeping everyone in the dark and being transparent, that would help morale greatly. Cutting benefits while boasting of record enrollments is also not what I would call a morale booster.

"Learn and grow with a fast moving organization"

Unity College is thriving and offers numerous opportunities to grow as a professional. I love feeling like I'm part of an environmental education mission. People are fun and good to work with.
