Our clinicians are at the frontlines of behavioral healthcare. Every effort is made to support them in doing what they do best – which is to be clinicians! Current EmployeePsychiatric Nurse
I came from a company where I was seeing 19-22 patients a day. I was burnout, depressed, and was losing passion. Iris gave me back my passion, motivation. At iris I feel appreciated and valued. I have a voice as how much or little I want to work. At iris I dont feel stuck, despite being working from home on the computer. I have developed good and strong connections with people at Iris as well as my current placements. I am treated fairly and recognized.

"Great telehealth opportunity with benefits. "
Former EmployeePsychiatric Nurse
Iris Telehealth is overall a good company to work for. The onboarding process is very smooth. They also offer a variety of benefits which is great since many telehealth companies do not. You can pretty much set your own schedule. There is a very supportive clinical operations team.
