Company reviews
"Amazing culture and phenomenal leadership"
Former EmployeeMarketing Intern
I felt like I was a part of the Brighthouse family after just a week of employment. This Fortune 500 company has a small company culture in the sense that everyone is so friendly and passionate about their work. Great place to be.
Pros:

"Amazing Culture and Leadership"
Current EmployeeProgram Manager
In my experience, BHF has been very true to it's core values and mission. Leadership is very open and receptive, and committed to being transparent and supportive. My immediate team has been hugely instrumental in my personal and professional growth in the time I've worked here. I'm appropriately challenged, without feeling like I have to sacrifice any amount of time with my family to have the career I want to have. I have been so impressed with how they have managed things the last 2 years and know that employees are appreciated and valued.

"Great All-Around Company"
Current EmployeeSenior Consultant
Brighthouse is an excellent place to work. The culture is like no other around. I feel included and important. The company has great benefits and competitive salaries.
Pros:

"Culture above all else."
Current EmployeeManager
Brighthouse prioritizes it's people and the culture above all else which makes it a great place to work. Flexibility to work wherever (in the US) and innovative products are icing on the cake. It's a smaller company so growth can take longer to achieve, but there is always plenty of work to be done & ways to expand your skills.
