Winback Sales Associate

Do you bring awesome energy and a great attitude to your everyday interactions with others? Are you passionate about sales? As a Sales Representative, you will build rapport with customers to uncover their product needs and offer premium, end-to-end services for our clients’ customers via telephone. You and your fellow team members will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS

  • Initiate outbound calls through our automatic dialer, providing product information and premiums services to previous customers with the intent to win them back and establish new TV service.
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over month.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid work history with an exemplary attendance record
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of training with perfect attendance
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers in a distraction-free dedicated space
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and verification of US Employment Eligibility upon offer
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Private distraction-free workspace in your house with a door, where ambient noise can be minimized during work hours.
  • An ergonomic desk and chair.
  • Workspace that allows for the proper installation of your technical equipment.
  • Have, or are you able to get, high-speed internet service meeting minimum bandwidth requirements of 10 Mbps downstream and 2 Mbps upstream.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • One-year telesales background (or equivalent sales background with incentive pay structure) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Package: $15 per hour currently earned

  • $11.00/hr base wage
  • Uncapped weekly bonuses on sales performance. Average hourly rates w/bonus factored in is $12- $16 an hour. Top performers earn $16+ an hour w/bonus.

As long as you are a yes person, never questioning upper management and their demeaning behavior, you will be fine. Depending upon the trainer you are assigned to, you can actually learn the job and are more lenient than most. But if management comes into the classroom, you see the trainer change into a yes person.

I'll suggest everyone to apply with VXI for easy pay check from this company just attend VXI three weeks of training their required. Yes, VXI will paid you for training I got paid $12.00 an hours it’s different offer for job position. Also, please do not take this company to serious you will not like this company is most definitely a BIG RED FLAG.
