Company reviews
"Country is a withering company. "
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
Country doesn’t have the desire to grow or change. Which is why its hemorrhaging policies. Staff is grossly underpaid. They ended their pension program. Management moves up base on who they know, not talent. Their operating systems are outdated and slow. $240-270 a month for healthcare? Stop it. Run for the hills.

"Retirement ability"
Former EmployeeAOA
Was able to save for retirement with the pension and 401k. Generous pto. Culture is dependent on the agency and manager in which one is attached to. Most agencies have a good culture.

"A first rate company with a supportive culture top to bottom."
Former EmployeeInsurance Agent
I couldn't have asked for a better Team to join, on the journey my insurance career went on. Having spent years working with one of the Best companies to work for (as rated in ethisphere magazine) in American Family Life Assurance Company, I was blessed to find another gem in the industry in Country Financial. More than a company, quickly through immediate relationships forged, a family was grown and extended to myself and my clientale within my community. Having the full support of my phenomenal Manager and local staff made it the best company experience I've yet to witness. I'm grateful for every moment I shared with every day I was there.

"Mid sized company with a small family mindset"
Former EmployeeBusiness Intelligence Manager
The function that I landed in talked in wonderful detail about their vision, but failed to acknowledge the constraints applied by other factions of the company that held them back. In the end the story painted to me for what to expect and what will propel the future did not hold water. I was subsequently overqualified for the position and failed to experience what was sold to me.
