Company reviews
"Unprofessional"
Current EmployeeTeam Leader
Senior management has no knowledge of job themselves so not able to provide assistance. If you are one of her favorite people and agree with her on everything you will be one of her favorite. She loves when people brown nose to her! There are special relationships between management and employee very unprofessional place and dishonest. If management was better it has the potential to keep people and be a good place. Turn over is high. There is no human compassion shown and they dont care about any of the employees.
Pros:
Cons:

"Great pay for short-term employment. "
Former EmployeeLoan Advisor
Management pretends to care while micro-managing by the hour. Daily team huddles are a review of the previous day's production. And, names are called for those who hit the production goal.
Pros:
Cons:

"Worst company I have ever worked for."
Former EmployeeLoan Processor
Training is terrible and no support from management. Supervisors change from week to seek so there is no consistency. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

"Nothing "
Current EmployeeProcessing Assistant
Nothing to say about it really. Worked here for a year. Nothing really to say about it at all . Worked good hours at first , now I’m looking for another job
