"Hard to feel like you belong"
Former Employeelobby
I was there for a year and never met CEO or knew his name...huge company they didn't do fun employee engagement activities to meet others in your same region to have a collaboration...left and would better recommend credit unions or community banks

"Good pay and advancement opportunities "
Former EmployeeAnalyst
Good pay, easy hiring process and the company makes it easy for you to grow within the company. Cons: Can be stressful at times due to back to back calls if your working in the call center. Most management was great and cared about your professional development. However my last lead in the disputes department was extremely immature and inappropriate at times.
