This is a remote-based job

We are looking to add a 220 Personal Lines Accounts Manager to our winning team!

What will be your role?

  • Deliver quality customer service to insureds and agents
  • Daily work with multiple insurance carriers and Underwriters
  • Training, overseeing, and ensuring compliance of non-licensed remote support staff
  • Consistent and accurate adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Diagnoses customer issues at a foundational level, provide solutions, and use a structured thought process to achieve results while balancing customers’ needs with company guidelines.
  • Ability to work both independently and with the remote working team
  • Answers phone calls and advise clients accordingly
  • Responsible for effectively using all available resources to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, take payments, and provide requested documentation.
  • Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
  • Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewal

Requirements that we need you to have:

  • Property and Casualty License required
  • Must have 220 license
  • High School Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years personal lines customer service experience preferably at an independent agency
  • Courteous and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using equipment, i.e., Laptops, Microsoft products, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 60 WPM typing speed
  • Applied Epic Agency Management System experience strongly preferred
  • Continuously stay up to date with current industry trends & regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience of being a team player in a highly driven sales environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
