Denver-based company seeking a remote-based Business Development professional to assist with creating opportunities for our clients.

Your key responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set meetings for our client's sales teams. Success in this role requires a "hunter" who can spend significant time on the phone (average 80 calls per day) cultivating prospects, through independent prospecting and other lead generation strategies. Success will be measured by the number of qualified sales opportunities and hitting pre-defined daily metrics. This is a remote working opportunity so it is important that you are comfortable working remote and staying motivated and effective.

As an Business Development Associates for our company, responsibilities include:

  • Database management (
  • Prospecting
  • Cold calling prospects
  • Conducting introductory/initial conversations
  • Collecting intelligible data about prospects
  • Scheduling 30-minute follow-up sales meetings

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Self-motivated
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proactive outbound prospecting, such as: list building, cold calling, emailing
  • Prospect, qualify, and schedule appointments to build sales pipelines for Account Executives
  • Participate in sales meetings, and training in order to maintain up to date knowledge of current technology
  • History of success working within a team environment, with demonstrated strong collaboration capabilities
  • Must supply a reliable computer and internet
