As a Customer Support Specialist, you will contribute to the unique, emotionally-enriching shopping experiences that we provide to internet and catalog shoppers nationwide. If you're someone who has excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills via phone, chat, and email, we want to hear from you! This full-time position requires working a combination of days, evenings (until 8pm), with some weekends & holidays. Starting pay is $15.78/hour with a performance-based bonus plan of up to $1,200/year, a competitive benefits package including health insurance, a wellness program, and a laid-back, dog-friendly work environment that includes free parking. Training is anticipated to start on 9/7.

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a suitable broadband connection with consistent min download speeds of 30 MB/s, upload speeds of 1.5MB/s, and latency below 150ms as well as the ability to hardwire to your modem/router.
Eventually, this position will be onsite at Crutchfield’s new, state-of-the-art contact center and campus located in Charlottesville. As a result, we’d prefer that you reside within 60 miles or so of that location, but you must reside in the Commonwealth of Virginia to be considered.
