Professional Search Group (PSG) is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join the team! The Business Development Specialist for Professional Search Group (PSG) will be responsible for generating quantity take-offs, cost estimates and create pricing and proposals in support of the company’s sales activities. Also, provides vital support to sales team and designers. Point of contact for customers with sales and service-related queries. Contributes quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its targets.
Location: Sacramento, Fairfield or Livermore
Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm, Hybrid ( 2 days in the office)
Start Date: Start as soon as possible
- High Excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers
- Good analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel, along with the ability to quickly learn how to use new software packages.
- Customer/Client focus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Construction or relative experience
