Job description

As a Membership Advisor for Superpowers, you will be critical in helping entrepreneurs identify their right-fit assistant through Discovery Calls and any follow-up conversations that result from Discovery Calls. Entrepreneurs approach Superpowers initially to receive guidance on navigating the process of getting an executive assistant. A great Membership Advisor makes sure that even the entrepreneurs that aren’t a fit for Superpowers walk away with valuable information to guide their search.

Responsibilities may vary by need, but some of the things you can expect to see in your day to day are:

  • Becoming knowledgable in the resources Superpowers offers for assistants, along with the standard growth plan inside of Superpowers.
  • Becoming knowledgable in concepts like EOS, Who Not How, and other key thought processes as needed.
  • Successfully conduct discovery calls with clients - be able to connect all the dots and paint the bigger picture that the clients need.
  • Scheduling, hosting, and following up on Discovery Calls with prospective clients.
  • Finding common ground with clients in Discovery Calls.
  • Preparing and reviewing the individual script for discovery calls for each client prior to their discovery call schedule.
  • Preparing and reviewing the background brief of each prospective client scheduled for a discovery call.
  • Creating an efficient system for following up on non-responsive prospective clients.
  • Creating and documenting the language to use for emails for any scenario available - cold outreach, warm outreach, scheduling discovery calls, following up on clients, etc.
  • Responding to client inquiries and other correspondences within 24 hours.
  • Managing, maintaining, and updating the company CRM.
  • Working with our Marketing Manager to create a sustainable flow of incoming leads.

  • This is a W2 role.

  • You MUST be available during regular business hours. This is not a job that can be partnered with your other full-time job. No evening hours.

They have a great honeymoon phase, but once that's over, they provide minimal support. However, if you like working under pressure coupled with extremely high attention to detail, you'll do great; make sure you don't make ANY mistakes. Any sign of weakness will be used as an excuse to fire you. They will have weekly 1:1 coaching sessions that are great for professional development but don't be too transparent; you'll put yourself at risk. Like any business, they put their profit before their people.
