Hourly base rate of $20.00 + Incentives + Benefits – Paid Training - Lots of Overtime available at Time and a Half! WORK REMOTELY!

We are currently hiring for the following remote locations:

Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, North, Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin

  • $100 bonus for each active state license you currently hold for states we sell in (up to $5,000)
  • We pay for AHIP, CE’s and licenses for required states

Position Responsibilities:

  • Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for your caller
  • Utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to inform and guide your caller to their most appropriate outcome
  • No cold calling! Inbound callers seeking your help and guidance and who are looking to buy!
  • Use provided training to become an ‘expert’ in your designated market and in selling
  • Turn every call into a positive outcome - for you and for your caller!
  • Follow Quality Assurance guidelines & complete required compliance training
  • Maintain punctual attendance
  • Be a positive part of the cXp Team!

Position Qualifications:

  • Licensed Health or Health & Life Agent
  • Successful completion of training
  • Good/positive customer service practices
  • Ability to multitask through various computer systems (which you will be trained on)
  • Ability to type 25+ WPM
  • Good communication and active listening skills
  • No felony convictions or recent misdemeanors involving theft, fraud, or threats of violence

This Licensed Health Insurance Agent position is seasonal until early December when it can become year-round based upon performance metrics. For seasonal employees not retained after AEP, cXp’s Bridge Program assists them to secure comparable employment and compensation with an alliance employer.

This company is very unorganized and management is unprofessional. They are not supportive and use your personal issues against you when they feel the need of letting you go. The word “Fired” is use so loosely to the point the manager feel like they are untouchable. This company is horrible and pay doesn’t match all the work you have to do. I don’t recommend this job to no one.

Apply at your own risk. Ask questions before hand. I was thinking I would have the same pay year round well when I was hired full time the pay cut was huge. 5 dollars less on the hour. The work is stressful at times with calls coming back to back and callers don’t know what they were called for in the first place. It’s good if your new to the industry to learn the skills. It’s at times unorganized and equipment is terrible. The only good thing was my supervisor and TL.

"Misleading Sign on bonus ad "

Got hired late in the year close to medicare season. Connexion point was offering a huge sign on bonus $1000 sign on plus $100 per state(DID NOT RECEIVE!). Plus the sales bonus were mialeading and no one got. Total mess because a portion of the hires couldnt get licensed with carriers in time. Training was a joke. During the season they cut a lot of hours from employees... Where most companies want you to work as much as possible. To get your sign on bonus you have to stay with the company a certain amount of time... This company let lots of people go right before they would have qualifed for the sign on bonus( so we did not get it). I hate it when companies like this use misleading advertising

"Fast Paced "

The training was very quick and it was like drinking from a firehose. It prepared us enough to get through AEP. The pay did decrease once AEP was over and there was no longer any commission. It was still a very good company and they prepared us for the Insurance world and would highly recommend them for any new coming agents!
