Responsibilities
Services Overview:
Provides statistical services including analysis, interpretation, design, and reporting or communication of data
evidence for discovery, manufacturing, research, development, and/or marketed product needs. Activities
associated with these services require varying levels of guidance from functional managers and project
statisticians.

- Services rendered will adhere to applicable SOPs, WIs, policies, local regulatory
- Appropriate application of basic statistical methods and generation of accurate and reproducible
reporting content. May require routine oversight from project statisticians.
o Level III (Associate Director): Provide more complex to all levels of analyses independently.
- Services rendered comply with organization and company standard operating procedures in timely
guidance. Documents, specifications, programs, and macros are consistent and comply with project
and company standards. Deliverables comply with best practices for Data Integrity. Document
projects in sufficient detail for reproducibility, including entry in project tracking systems and
placement into shared repositories.
- Provide experimental design, modeling, analysis planning, analysis execution, interpretation and
meetings with necessary project team members, defining research goals and critical questions,
exploratory analyses and visualization, and reporting activities.
o Level III (Associate Director): Support provided for program-wide strategic analyses,
including Health Authority responses
- Establish and maintain effective and efficient interfaces and relationships with internal and external
Metrics/KPIs: Metrics/KPIs governing these services are outlined in the Quality Oversight Plan (QOP)
document.
Interfaces – Primary/Other:
- Primary interfaces: Provider Functional Manager, Lead Statistician.
- Other Interfaces: Clinical study team or non-clinical project team
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Master's or PhD Degree in Statistics or related field.
- Relevant Work Experience:
- Expertise in SAS or R programming.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Working at PRA was fun! You meet a lot of great people and you get a lot of downtime. This is an amazing job if you're in school. It's very repetitive work. You always get stuck with extra work when people call in. Which kind of leads to no break.
