" Productive and competitive work environment"
Current EmployeeStudent Consultant
Working on Project with strict timelines, delivering the project on time and quality, efficient and error free processes/Code. Work life balance. Summer Picnic and Holiday Party.

"Great job"
Former EmployeeBartender
Excellent work environment. People are friendly and helpful. Upper management and executives leave much to be. Desired but direct managers are GREAT!!!!!!
Pros:
Cons:

"Work environment of anger and frustration."
Former EmployeeAssistant Professor
Too many administrators that continuously make fewer people do more work and create policies that make it difficult to get anything done. The HR department has no idea what they are are doing and cannot answer simple questions.

"Department leaders set the tone"
Former EmployeeManager
Rutgers could be a wonderful institution, however, some of the leadership is really lacking in both management techniques, leadership qualities, and most importantly relationship building.
