CTM Media Group, one of North America's leading travel/tourism marketing companies, is searching for an Advertising Sales / Media Consultant with at least one year sales experience to join our New Hampshire / Maine sales team. We meet our clients’ needs through a product line that includes targeted paper and digital distribution, maps & publication ad sales. Qualified candidate will possess a hunter mentality and the ability to maintain and exponentially grow an existing book of business within the New Hampshire / Maine/ Vermont tourism market. Your primary focus will be to sustain and grow an existing client base as well as develop new business and client relationships.

Requirements: Advertising sales experience - bonus if you also have travel & tourism, digital sales or publishing experience. Knowledge of the New Hampshire / Maine / Vermont region is also key. Previous experience managing and growing books of business as a sales professional. Able to work independently and as a part of a small sales team. Goal-oriented and competitive. Proven track record in multi-platform sales with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities: Manage an important long-standing account base with a high concentration of regional travel category clients. Meet monthly revenue targets by increasing spending from your existing accounts and closing new business.

Salary plus incentives: Starting first year total package 50-60k, based on experience. Incentives earned for achieving revenue goals in designated product lines.
