CVS Health, a Fortune 4 company, has an exciting opportunity in the state of Tennessee for a Customer Service Representative working on our Specialty Pharmacy team! The CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy is building a team to support our specialty patients in need of life sustaining medications.

We offer Work from Home flexibility if you meet standards. Work from Home qualifications include but are not limited to maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure workspace free from distractions. Schedule options are designed to create a flexible work schedule for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. Days off and hours may vary, though you will have a set schedule.

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient and empathic way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.

Must live within the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer six months experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
  • Prefer Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions

Education
Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

Technicians deserve fair pay. Upper management does not value a dedicated employee. Room to move up. Hardest part of the job, managing the workload. The job overall is easy, once you learn the computer system, it’s very cut and dry.

I worked with CVS for a short while, and still going strong. So far. Something I have really noted is as common as this saying is; "Management either makes, or breaks your team." You have to be stern, yet you have to allow yourself to see that the unrealistic goals, and short staffing one due to the current state of the world, and also two CVS is being abhorrently stingy with their labor is not humanly possible especially for the pay. Talks going around CVS by Summer 2022 will raise pay to $15 for cashiers, and $16 an hour for shifts, but is it worth it? We don't like it being in charge of a store alone, and our customers certainly do not. Here you'll find over worked/burnt out store managers, and shift leads who don't last that long due to the attitude, and unnecessary bickering of the customers who are bent on getting the best deals, who don't know how to read discount tags- And our superiors. And their superiors. Not my best choice for a career, but at the moment you gotta do what you gotta do.
