Company reviews
"Mission and vision of the company."
Former EmployeeAccounting Supervisor
My first job since I moved to Tucson, Arizona. Company’s mission and values at the time interested me to apply for the position & along the way I enjoyed my journey and growth within the company. It was important for me to know my efforts were visible through the organization and that it matters. I am not with the company now, but my heart still lies there. Best company to work for.

"Great place to learn the wonderful world of enterprise policy."
Former EmployeeInternal Auditor
+ Competitive compensation + Sponsors clearances + Great opportunities for career mobility and learning + Great people to work with, lots of passion and pride for their work + Flexible and work/life balance was good + Established processes for the most part + Supervisors and managers will work one on one with you to help your professional development. I had no complaints during my time as an intern at Leidos.

"To be honest not the best, suffers from inept management"
Former EmployeeLinguist
For the most part it could be good. It's not a place you are going to really work towards any sort of a goal. They pay somewhat below industry standards and its a typical contracting company and in the right circumstances this could suit the needs of some people. The real issue with this company is terrible lower level management. The term toxic environment gets tossed around a lot as cliché but it really is that bad. Qualities that I would use to describe management there: Disrespectful, vindictive, and conniving. Management can get so bad it can become a situation where there is open and sanctioned harassment of employees. This takes the form of routine interactions so you'd be hard pressed to point to an individual act, but by the volume of negative interactions and questionable nature of them you can pretty much create a nightmare situation for anyone. And it happens here. I have not seen it happen at any professional company before. And the worst part is its petty and not necessary. It's almost like they don't have adults there. You may have a good experience here but you may also realize that life is too short if you are unfortunate enough to experience and see some of these things. On a plus note the upper level management seems professional, but you will rarely interact with them.

"Has the potential to be an awesome company"
Former EmployeeAdministrative Assistant
The upper management sucks and they play favorites. Some people were in positions that they did not need to be in simply because of their gender. I did not enjoy my time working at Leidos. I was underpaid and overworked because the manager was lazy.
