Licensed Sales Producer
We are seeking candidates that have recent experience in an insurance agency with a strong emphasis on outbound sales activity. Our insurance agency is excited to hire qualified insurance sales professionals. This is an opportunity to join our team of licensed professionals and soar like an Eagle at our Allstate Agency in New Braunfels.
Primary duties and responsibilities include cross-selling existing customers, as well as new business development. The Ideal candidate is money motivated and comfortable closing business via telephone.

Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Required Core Competencies

  • Capable of closing a minimum of 20K in written property and casualty premium per month
  • This position requires the ability to cultivate and close new property and casualty business over the phone.
  • Position requires the ability to develop life insurance prospects and refer them to an Allstate Financial Specialist
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from variety of sources, including:

· Networking

· Referrals

· Marketing

· and agency funded lead databases

  • Present, explain and close sales using consultative approach to understand clients’ needs and goals
  • Calling, presenting and selling Allstate Insurance products and services
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to perform a client-focused needs analysis
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Setting sales goals and executing the plan to achieve those goals on a daily basis
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows applications, a plus

Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Minimum Qualifications:

· Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License is required

· Life and Health License, a plus

· Spanish speaker, a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Total compensation package varies, based on experience level and the performance-based commissions/bonuses. Variance range: 30K-70K plus.

Our location is currently open to the public. We will continue to operate this way until we feel that it is unsafe for our employees to operate normally. We will have the ability to work remotely at that point.

Pay: $26,880.00 - $45,770.00 per year
