Company reviews
"Great Experience, A lot of potential, a lot of problems that need fixed "
Current EmployeeSecurity Officer
The pay scales are completely random and aren’t equal to those doing similar work in other areas. Management seems to be doing nothing to combat extreme staffing shortage. Lack of quality leadership and motivation amongst officers. Has the potential to be a great department or even a place to build a career. As soon as it’s no longer run like a B-rate mall cop job. (No offense intended)

Former EmployeePersonal Care Assistant
You learn all the time. Decent management, sometimes scheduling can be worked with depending on who you have as a manager. Overall, a decent place to work at

"Progressive thinking upper admin"
Former EmployeeCare Manager
Working here is like working with a sloth in that every idea takes an extraordinarily long time to implement. Management does not care about your quality of life.

"UCH is one of the best out here so working for a big company like them was exciting at the beginning"
Former EmployeeCCMA
I loved working for UCH , providers were very respectful and always willing to teach you new things. If it wasn’t for the horrible management I was under I would in fact still be working with them.
