Who we are:

For more than 25 years, American Customer Care has been providing customer service on behalf of companies of all sizes worldwide. Our employees do not make cold calls! We primarily handle inbound customer service calls, process emails and live chats.

We supply you with all of the computer equipment you need to work from home! You can either pick this up in our Platteville, WI office or we can ship it to you if you can do orientation remotely.

General Characteristics:

In this position you will answer inbound phone calls, emails and social media chats for various clients. These customer inquiries may be requests for additional products information, general questions, product instructions and some light trouble shooting. These products may include radio equipment, medical equipment, and other electronic home-devices.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED
  • Experience working on a computer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great customer service is a must
  • Enjoys working on a team
  • Previous contact center experience is a plus

Pay: $11.00 per hour

This place showed high amounts for favoritism, the management is horrible and so is the pay. You work hours and hours legit 12pm to 9pm taking calls for angry customers due to the co workers messing up at their job. While I was working there they basically set me up for failure, they rushed my training and the co- workers basically acted like petty children. Very unprofessional. I stoped working there because I only came home with between 195-122$ bi weekly the hours are long breaks are short. I wouldn’t even let my future kids work here.

No HR Dept if you have benefit questions or an issue...no matching 401K...They are always right..you are always wrong..grown adults treated like children..discrimination on ppl with disabilities . Horrible...No one stays long..Ever..Beware of companies that are Always Hiring!!
