For more than 25 years, American Customer Care has been providing customer service on behalf of companies of all sizes worldwide. We specialize in providing individualized contact with our Client's customers.
This position requires that the employee provide their own internet service in order to successfully work from home. American Customer Care will provide the equipment needed. General Characteristics: In this position, you will be providing technical troubleshooting support for customers with various home medical equipment.
- Consult with customers to understand their issues and determine the best troubleshooting option.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt to different types of customers and use positive language to represent yourself and the Company
- Use excellent customer service skills to handle escalated customer interactions
- Have excellent problem-solving skills to help solve complex issues
We are hiring full-time, day shifts. Monday - Friday only.
