Company reviews
"Room for growth no matter where you want to go. They support your goals and want to help you teach them. "
Current EmployeeRecruiter
The position I started out in was a starter position and I knew I was only there to learn about the company and move up from there. Recently they restructured the company and got rid of the department I started in. This was sad to lose a lot of great people, but the way things were being done was not the best way to do them. I knew, when I was in the position, there was a better way. Getting rid of a lot of positions and people is not what anyone wants to do, but sometimes it's vital when the economy shifts or trends and needs are no longer being supported in order to keep moving in a positive direction. I fully and completely trust the leadership at this company 110%. I have never worked for a company that cared about where you want to go as much as Progrexion. They believe in their people and want the best of the best. They will work with you for time off, not to mention the PTO packages are already the best I have ever been offered and is more than I have ever expected in the first year of employment. They have fantastic benefits which also until now I have never been able to provide affordably to my family. Each employee gets free credit repair for them and another person.....any person can be a friend or a sibling or spouse. I do not expect any company to be perfect. That is an unrealistic expectation. Even when I worked for myself I was unable to provide many of the things I am able to enjoy now. I have never been with a company I cared about giving to them as much as they have given to me because every other time I was a body not a person and my skills, experience and personal life were not as important as my religion or who I know. For the first time in my adult life I am with a company that cares about me as an asset and not just a number. The highest of management, down to our direct supervisors, knows each of us by name and cares about who we are, what we are doing in life and why we are doing it. I know I can say this for each of the people I work with and know beyond a shadow of a doubt they don't take getting rid of positions lightly and they absolutely care when they have to do it. But as we all know there is no job that will keep people that aren't producing to keep a company on target. That's an unrealistic expectation. Do we wish they would give us warning? Of course but there is also a need with any big move to prepare everyone for a transition, but also to avoid chaos after it happens. And that is just reality. I would recommend this company 100 times over. There are no bad elements in terms of ever finding something "better" for me. I plan on being here as long as I can produce to the level we both need. If someday that means I can't personally keep up with what is needed I wouldn't expect to stay in that position, but move throughout the company to something that will help me grow more, because there are lots of places to go here and I hope you don't listen to the negative thoughts of people that left for whatever reason. You would be doing yourself and your family a huge disservice passing on this opportunity for someone else's negative experience. Especially when you don't understand the dynamics of that situation. I hope this helps you find your way to us because if you are lucky enough to get hired here and you are willing to grow and support the vision of helping regular people better their lives by helping them navigate their credit reports to a better future, then this is absolutely the place for you and we would love to have you with us. You have choices when looking for a "job", maybe it's time you find a career.

"Very frustrating "
Former EmployeeRecruiting Coordinator
This company decided to eliminate 200 positions with out telling anyone. When we tried to go to work every computer was not able to be used, no phone calls were made until late afternoon. There were not even notice to some management positions. This is not the way to conduct business, I don't feel anyway.

"There isn't much time to enjoy the amenities because breaks & lunch are short. "
Former EmployeeCredit Consultant
They moved me from where I was successful, to a pool where I was not. After that I made no money and had to leave. They were very pushy, and though there are great amenities, there's not enough time to enjoy them.

"$10 an hour with no hope for a raise!! maybe after 15 years!!"
Former EmployeeCounselor
This company sucked!! There were a few good people but not many! $10 an hour with no hope for a raise. they give their office staff all the benefits and do not give the ones doing the work anything!
