Job description

The Director of Training and Development is a key leader within the Casino Queen Holding Company operations. The Director of Training & Development is responsible for identifying, creating, and implementing training needs. Your duties include but are not limited to: Utilize metrics that will assist with identifying training and development opportunities. Developing and overseeing training materials via the company’s LMS. In addition, this role will be responsible for facilitating trainings in multiple company properties and working with the VP of HR in strategic planning in improving the productivity of the team members across all properties.


· 3 years of management experience, preferred

· 3 years as a T&D instructor, preferred

· High School Diploma/GED, required. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

· Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written

· Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office or related software

· Advanced computer skills

· Must be able to travel to various states & cities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
