About This Position: Solid Rock Consulting is looking for Verint Workforce Management (WFM) and Workforce Optimization (WFO) applications Consultant and Systems Trainer. This position is responsible for providing a professional, creative, energetic, and highly detailed experience for internal and external stakeholders. This role is a good fit for someone who is very skilled in the Verint WFM and WFO product suite AND has a knack for clearly training and communicating.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Configure, review, and test configuration and usage of WFM and WFO Applications

· Conduct design and configuration sessions on WFO Solutions such as Verint, Aspect, NICE, etc.

· Consult clients regarding system and process optimization as well as best practices consulting

· Provide thorough and complete documentation of the consultancy events and results

· Create, review, and update documentation

· Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Position Requirements:

· At least 1 years experience with Verint Workforce Optimization (WFO) and/or Workforce Management (WFM) systems.

· Experienced using of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal direct supervision

· Must have stellar writing and communication skills

· Must possess exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong problem-solving skills

· Must have a painstaking attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

  • Verint Systems: 1 year (Required)

  • Verint Workforce Management: 1 year (Required)
