Company reviews
"Benefits are the only good thing about this company"
Former EmployeeRecords Specialist
They lure you in with good benefits but the pressure of daily production numbers is maddening. Management is a joke. They will protect their own before believing an employee of misuse of power. They play favorites and you can also tell who they don’t like. TONS of gossip and bullying. Make it next to impossible to change departments over petty details of why/who/when should receive the opportunity. SO many employees on anti-depressants due to the pressure of daily work and also made to feel bad for taking days off or being sick. Unless you can deal with heavy passive/aggressive comments about work performance, bullying from coworkers all for the sake of benefits, I wish you the best of luck.

"Decent but over worked"
Current Employee
Good pay / Case load is unmanageable with other areas of work. Most coworkers are easy to get along with, management is constantly changing along with responsibilities.

"Very busy"
Former EmployeeTitle Clerk
I enjoyed the job my first year and then things started to surface. Politics, toxic ,drama, over worked and under paid. Poor management that hear your complaints and asks for suggestions but never made any changes. The pandemic showed everyone true colors and brought out the ugly. Remote work available but management pick and chose which employees can work Remote during pandemic.

"CoxAutomotive got too big and lost it's way"
Former EmployeeTechnical Lead
I worked for a company that became part of CoxAutomotive for over 8 years. You don't stay that long if they weren't doing something right, but with recent executive leadership changes, The ability to be heard has faded away. The open door policy is all but gone, and employees fear to express a dissenting opinion.
