Your Job

National Account Managers at Indeed help organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will understand the full sales lifecycle and be capable of working with national customers from manager to C-suite. Our exceptional sales team are supported by a network of industry and product specialists, data, and market research which allow them to advise our clients on the best possible hiring solutions.


  • Drive growth by selling Indeed products & services
  • Assigned to large, complex, high visibility and strategic accounts
  • Conduct face to face meetings including presentations, webinars and product demonstrations over the phone
  • Identify revenue opportunities within entire client organization
  • Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise to become an industry expert

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales and/or business development experience
  • Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations
  • Understands how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations
  • Experience in consultative and solution based selling
  • Recent, relevant experience at a high growth organization
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Passion to educate and close deals quickly
  • Ability to travel up to 40% - 50% of the time
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Metrics-oriented

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, long term incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 80,000 - 135,000 USD per year

This is largely due to the anonymous nature of indeed. Anyone can submit a review to the site without verification, which means they might use the site to settle a score. Indeed does have a review process in place in an effort to stop false reviews before they make it online.

Targets are not realistic. Micromanagement at every level. No people management. Internal culture: They exploite you as much as they can. Overall incapable management. Do you need the confirmation? Have a look at the Italian team in Dublin: they went from 50 members to 15.
