Company reviews
"Hard work and dedication pays off!"
Current EmployeeChief Operating Officer
I've been working at IT Support RI for almost 15 years. The company has evolved and changed with the times. Each time there's been a massive change or overhaul, the owners have been at our side to guide us through the new environments. They are heavily involved with the business and work frequently with all team members to offer their guidance and advice. Over the years, I have learned quite a bit in a variety of fields, not just limited to IT. I have developed a well-rounded skill set including remote/onsite tech support, hardware/software troubleshooting, management skills, HR and finance expertise, and many other administrative abilities that allow me to lead my team. Some of the best parts of working here is the individuality you have, the freedom to get your work completed, and the benefits that don't come standard with other jobs. The overall culture of IT Support RI is a group of geeks that love to nerd out about their latest builds, new tech coming out, latest game releases, and other topics that we all bond over. If you love tech, you'll love our team!
Pros:

"Fast-paced environment, great place to learn"
Current EmployeeProject Supervisor
I've been here for more than 10+ years and still going strong! There's always plenty to do and you're never bored! I've learned so much throughout the years and you'll always learn something new everyday. The best thing about this place is that you have the freedom to make decisions and get the opportunity to learn new things. There's a great culture here and you'll make the very best of friends here for life!
Pros:

"Always learning, never a dull day."
Current EmployeeAdministrative Officer
We get to try a lot of new things here. Constantly trying new technologies, both software and hardware. Management is usually very good about implementing new ideas if you bring forward good reasoning. We've added numerous new services to our stack based on employee input.
Pros:

"Challenging, Rewarding, And a Team Mentality"
Current EmployeeIT Security Specialist
A typical day starts with tackling support tickets that are submitted by clients. If you like learning new things and are passionate about IT then you'll fit right in. Culture is great and I can honestly say I would consider everyone here a friend. The hardest part of the job will be the stress that comes with needing to fix an urgent issue. Thankfully our great team is always there to help and you can always be confident even in uncharted territory. Before covid we had quarterly outings which were always fun. We still find ways to do things as a group remotely to build cohesiveness. Proud to say I work here and it has really been a great opportunity.
