"Great place to work "
Current EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
Everyone is very nice, helpful if you need help. Great work life balance. It’s a work from home position so I don’t have to worry about gas or the weather. If your not feeling to well your still at home.
Pros:
Cons:

"Remote location, good management"
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
Work from home, pay could be better. Good health benefits and 401k. New employees are not always taught how to perform all necessary tasks. More meetings would be helpful.

"Management needs a revamp "
Current EmployeeClaims Adjuster
Cut the bloat, a lot of people in middle management need replaced. Low wages for hard work, hard to advance and don’t expect anything over a 50 cent yearly raise.

Cons:

"I truly loved my job "
Former EmployeeCustomer Service Representative
Although I loved my job it did have it's challenges which were stressful at times. Most management doesn't understand that people have family out of work some management work with you and others just base consideration into favoritism so that can be irritating when some things like leaving for a family emergency can be at supervising discretion
