Customer Experience Manager

Remote position for an exciting Social networking startup that is poised to decentralize the future of work . We are looking for talented CX Manager with with experience who has a strong focus on innovative thinking, effective communication and a collaborative approach with a proven track record of delivering consumer facing digital platforms at scale. Our core ideology is around the continued success of the the users that make up our community. Our goal is too rapidly develop secure, scalable technologies to support the changing landscape of what it means to work. Due to growth, we are looking to add an empathetic Customer Experience Manager that possesses strong experience.
Responsibilities

  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
  • Complete competitive analysis, collaborate on user research and testing and have deep understanding of a results driven social networking landscape deriving product insights and feature recommendations
  • Establish processes to measure social media sentiment and address negative feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Use our 3rd party MarTech tools to create a 360 view of our customers
  • This role will work cross-functionally with our business, marketing, operations, design and technology teams to build best-in-class experiences that will lead the platform, with an emphasis on the marketplace
  • Requires a deep understanding of the tech, competitive landscape, and customer/user behavior with an ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to deliver change management with confidence
  • Develop new strategies to increase Customer Support CSAT, and effectively measure satisfaction metrics post contact
  • Act as the customer advocate across CS, Product and Marketing to align and drive action across these cross-functional groups to decrease contacts and customer pain points

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in marketing or business administration
  • 3+ years of customer experience/ customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing market and environment
  • Interest in blockchain and/or Crypto
  • Experience with Web3 projects (a plus)
  • Highly analytical and structured problem solver with financial modelling ability
  • Customer-centric leader capable of balancing several priorities
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management; must be able to multitask
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to ensure success
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; hack, test and learn mentality; team player
