The company all together has more pros than cons. They are flexible to let us work from home and the PTO and benefits are a plus. However, staff shortage has made it difficult to spread out the studies appropriately. Hoping to see if the merger with ERT with improve the salaries.

I feel like the executive management has a good sense of where the organization is strong and where they need to make improvements. They seem sincerely dedicated to building an inclusive, diverse culture. Most departments seem perpetually understaffed and managers struggle to get approval to make hires.
