Job Description:

This is a customer service role for our healthcare client. You will be working within their Health Place Market Exchange and taking different inbound calls regarding insurance and claims. This will be 100% inbound calls and you will be required to work 40 hours per week. There is flexibility within the shifts ranging anywhere from 7am to ending at 10pm. The first training class is set to start Sept 7th and the contract will last up to 6 months with a high possibility of being extended or being converted to a full time employee. The training for this role will be M-F, 8-5pmCST, training will last 30-45 days and your shift will be assigned after. No shift time is guaranteed but they will work hard to match your preferences.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2+ years Prior experience in a call center environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to understand complex situations to effectively handle escalated customer needs
  • Analytical skills and the ability to read and interpret data
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Must have Smartphone/Tablet, Ability to Plug ethernet cable into router (no wifi only)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to operate computer programs - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
