This role is a patient recruiter for our clinical trial site.

Basically, it works like this – we recruit patients to our orthopedic clinical trials through Facebook ads, and receive significant volume of interest through this channel.

However, our conversion rate from "lead" to "recruited patient" is quite low – and it's not because the opportunity to join our clinical trials isn't compelling, it's because our prior resource for managing these conversations wasn't performing up to par.

So we're looking for someone who can specialize in having the conversations with leads to take them from "leads via Facebook" to "recruited patients for clinical trials." On-boarding and training will be provided.

As of writing this job post, we're likely willing to offer (at least) $50 per recruited patient as a commission, with a $10/hour base compensation. Fully remote. Relatively flexible hours – will need to figure out exactly what the right work hours look like on an ongoing basis.

We reinvented the care delivery model, trying different ideas until we discovered a blueprint for delivering the high-quality care our reputation was known for, while also making the prices more ethical and affordable. It took hundreds of hours of reading, conversations, and research to pull off, but we cracked the code.
